DigiPulse, an ICO that took place in October 2017, has already announced that its platform for cryptocoin legacies has been aired and is now accessible to the general public so that digital assets can be “inherited”.
How DigiPulse Works
The DigiPulse platform uses a type of “vault” with cryptographic security based on Blockchain technology that allows users to leave under security a series of data necessary to access their crypto currency funds.
The vault keeps the data under total encryption security while observing the activity of the person who has thusblto the data under custody. In the event that the platform observes a certain inactivity on the part of the user during a certain period of time, the platform will be in charge of sending the data to a previously established recipient, so that they can access the vault and with this can obtain the crypto currencies.
This platform can work both in a telephone application and on the DigiPulse website. It is a paid service that can be paid with a credit card or with the DGPT token that is typical of DigiPulse but, so that users can see how the system works, the platform grants a first month totally free of charge.
Conception of the idea
DigiPulse was founded by Normunds Kvilis, a native of Latvia, in 2017. The idea came after Kvilis had medical problems while abroad and away from his family. There, at that time, he thought that if something very serious happened to him, his relatives would have no way to get to his assets in crypto currencies.
Faced with the problem, Kvilis realized that there was no service on the web that offered data transmission services in the event that the owner of the same died or became unable to do so, and the idea of founding DigiPulse came to him.
In spite of the clear utility for the world of crypto coins, Kvilis himself has said that this business idea can be incorporated into any other type of operations that require the automatic transmission of assets upon the fulfillment of some type of assumption, which in this case is the death of the holder of the crypto coins.

Problems solved with Inheritance Crypto
If this system were to be used to dispose of the deceased’s assets, various obstacles and problems that arise in the event of a person’s death would be avoided. In the first place, the problems before an erroneous interpretation of the content of the wills would remain in the past, since they would be subject to the Intelligent Contracts that work with logical and unequivocal formulas, free of the subjectivities of the interpretation.
Likewise, the figure of the executor, the person in charge of administering the deceased’s assets while the distribution is made, would also be in disuse because the assets would be automatically transmitted to the heirs from the moment the person’s death is notified.
