As mentioned above, Blockchain technology has been advancing by leaps and bounds in Spain. We already have Bitcoin ATMs, we have options to use rechargeable cards with Bitcoin and a big market. Now, this growth is also reflected at the educational level, as demonstrated by the Business School of the University of Deusto, which brings us the “Blockchain Seminar: The disruption of value and trust”.
Innovation by the University of Deusto
From the direction of the University they understand that in full era of the internet and the world 2.0 Blockchain technology “can change our business model and companies”. Faced with this reality, they recognize its usefulness in technological, programming, financial and legal aspects that are directly involved in Blockchain.
The focus is aimed at executives, investors, financial advisors, lawyers, business consultants and entrepreneurs, and what they want to achieve is to ensure that more and more people understand the operation and great potential of this technology and that some can apply it to the area in which they operate.
Objectives to achieve with this Master
The University has set some very specific objectives to achieve with this academic year. Among them we can say that the main one is to know the fundamentals of Blockchain and compare this technology with what already exists within the market.
In the same way, they propose to make an economic study on cryptomedas and to evaluate how they have intervened and evolved within the different global markets. They also propose to study the accounting of crypts within the business world, thus clearing some doubts for businesses that are considering the use of these assets within their functions.
The course also hopes to provide a new vision to entrepreneurs through a thorough explanation of tokenomics, Smart contracts and ICOs. All these topics will be evaluated from a legal, financial and technological point of view in order to obtain a total understanding of these aspects.
In summary, with this seminar they hope to clarify the doubts and demonstrate that this technology can have a real and effective application in Spain as well as in the rest of the world and for this the different possible applications of the same one will be evaluated such as the Tokenization of real assets within the market.
